Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County Receives National Recognition for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction
Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County was recently awarded an industry recognition for excellence in customer satisfaction by Providigm’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program. The recognition is awarded to a select few nursing homes across the United States and Canada based on reporting directly from residents or families. In Tennessee, Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County is one of nine nursing homes receiving the recognition.
“We are committed and passionate about serving our elders and their families. To us, customer satisfaction is simple. It’s choosing to put our elders first every day. Our team is thrilled to be one of only 173 nursing homes in the nation and Canada to receive this honor from Providigm,” Lee Rooney, administrator at Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County, said.
Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County’s Quality of Life program takes an innovative approach in programming for elders, families, and the community driving customer satisfaction. “We strive to create opportunities for the Cookeville community to interact and have fun with our elders. We are a skilled nursing facility, but we are also a staple of the community,” Rooney said.
Of the 173 nursing homes in the United States and Canada recognized for customer satisfaction, 34 are Signature HealthCARE locations.
